We are looking for a Junior RPA Specialist to join Arla's Robotics (RPA) team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like Blue Prism and Power Platform, working within a DevOps model and collaborating with business stakeholders. This position requires initial practical experience in automation or a related IT field and offers a hybrid work model in an international IT environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into logical automation workflows.
  • Work within a DevOps model, supporting live bots and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to ongoing support and improvement of live robots, including incident analysis and root cause investigation.
  • Support RPA standards, reusable components, and knowledge sharing.

Krav

  • Initial practical experience in automation, software development, business process improvement, digital transformation, or a similar IT-related area (typically 1-3 years).
  • Basic knowledge of RPA concepts and practical exposure to RPA tools (preferably Blue Prism).
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as .NET, C#, SQL, Python, or Java.
  • General understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
  • Ability to ask the right questions and translate business needs into clear automation logic with support.
  • Good communication skills and confidence collaborating with both business and technical colleagues in an international environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Initial experience, typically around 1-3 years.
  • Basic knowledge of RPA concepts and practical exposure to RPA tools, preferably Blue Prism, gained through work, internships, projects, training or certification.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as .NET, C#, SQL, Python or Java, and a general understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
  • Ability to ask the right questions and translate business needs into clear automation logic with support from more experienced colleagues.
  • Good communication skills and confidence collaborating with both business and technical colleagues in an international environment.
