Ansvarsområden

  • Process ongoing orders and requests from Hungary, such as changes to co-worker employment terms.
  • Contact national P&C units to clarify errors or provide information.
  • Further process information within the company systems.
  • Handle co-worker support via phone, email, and chat (work at a 'helpline').
  • Answer co-worker questions related to HR Administration and Payroll.
  • Handle co-workers' personal data.
  • Extract reports from systems using Excel.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English.
  • Background in P&C, payroll, or Hungarian philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to improve skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to establish relationships with people.
  • Focus on authenticity and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere among colleagues.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in P&C, payroll, or Hungarian philology is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Skills in MS Office are desired.
  • Experience working with a Buddy (mentor) during onboarding.
