I korthet

As a Junior Master Data Specialist in Krakow, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and supplier data across multiple business systems within an international Finance Operations team. This hybrid role requires strong attention to detail, experience with data management, and fluency in Polish and English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Create and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, M3).
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records.
  • Monitor, analyze, and validate data relationships to maintain high-quality data standards.
  • Perform regular data cleansing activities, identifying and removing duplicate, obsolete, or inaccurate records.
  • Update foreign exchange rates, netting rates, and period-end closing rates.
  • Manage tickets and requests through ServiceNow, One CRM, and other support platforms.
  • Provide master data support and guidance to business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of SharePoint and OPTO systems.
  • Create, update, and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Support future system implementations, data migration projects, and transformation initiatives.

Krav

  • Min. 1 year of experience in Master Data Management or data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (min. B2).

  • Power Query or Power BI is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
