I korthet

Ericsson is seeking a Junior Learning Consultant in Warsaw, Poland, for a 1-year internship. This role supports the Learning Services Team with daily administration and logistics for customer training programs, ideal for recent technical graduates.

Ansvarsområden

  • Training coordination, including preparing training logistics
  • Support trainers and training participants
  • Prepare training venues
  • Daily contact with trainers and vendors
  • Provide support to the team with incoming inquiries
  • Meeting scheduling and preparing time tables
  • Prepare training materials

Krav

  • Completed or near completion of a degree, preferably in a technical field (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or similar)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work under strong pressure
  • Hands-on approach and a can-do attitude

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Technical background will be a huge advantage (preferably telecommunication/IT)
  • Experience in an international working environment will be taken as an advantage
  • Understanding of project management activities
  • Interest in technology evolution will be an asset
