Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and satisfy customer requirements through remote communication or site visits.
  • Take ownership of Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within the Emerson MAS portfolio.
  • Propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Minimize execution cost while maintaining schedule and quality.
  • Keep partners informed on status or challenges.
  • Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge and experience with the team.
  • Support the on-the-job development of other Inside Sales Specialists.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian (written and verbal).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in commercial and sales support activities.
  • Experience in process automation field for various industries.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Self-disciplined and autonomous.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in another European language.
