Ericsson is seeking a Java Developer to work on their groundbreaking Ericsson Expert Analytics (EEA) solution in Budapest, Hungary. This role involves designing, implementing, and testing Java-based microservices within a cloud-native, big data environment.

Ansvarsområden

Design, implement, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot Kubernetes / Helm / Java based microservices and database manager entities.
Design and create performance and stability measurements.
Implement new functional and non-functional features for the big data solution EEA.
Develop automated test cases in Java for EEA's functional & non-functional requirements.
Improve Jenkins and Spinnaker based Continuous Integration (CI) and Delivery (CD) machinery.
Work closely with teammates and other teams.
Continuously improve skills.

Krav

Professional Java/Spring boot development knowledge
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, REST API
Understanding of Microservices architectures
Test competence
Experience with integration of open-source software
Familiarity with cloud native technologies, Jenkins, Spinnaker, version control systems (git)
DEVOPS automation mindset
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Openness for working in agile environment
Ability and willingness to quickly adopt new technologies and/or business domains
Strong team spirit and being self-motivated
Proven quick learner in technical disciplines
Forward-thinking and willing to take on challenges

Önskade kvalifikationer

Prior hands-on experience in developing and/or deploying Microservices solutions on Cloud infrastructure
Experience with message-driven (i.e. Kafka) and event-driven (i.e REST) distributed systems
Prior work experience in Scrum
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with SQL databases, maybe with Vertica or other column based databases
