Atlas Copco Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their new in-house IT support team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves providing onsite and remote user support, managing IT incidents and service requests, and contributing to the development of a proactive support organization. The ideal candidate has relevant IT education or experience, knowledge of Windows clients and Microsoft 365, and strong customer service skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide onsite support for users in Sickla/Nacka and remote support for users in the Nordic and Baltic region.
  • Handle standard IT incidents, service requests, and workplace support for laptops, mobile phones, Windows clients, peripherals, collaboration tools, and common workplace services.
  • Ensure clear communication, practical guidance, and timely follow-up to users for a positive end-user experience.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, collaborating with vendors when necessary.
  • Support asset lifecycle activities including delivery, return, refurbishment, and replacement of IT equipment.
  • Execute assigned compliance tasks according to Group IT standards and local instructions.
  • Support conference room equipment and standard workplace technology.

Krav

  • Relevant IT education, certification, or equivalent experience from end-user support, service desk, workplace services, or onsite IT support.
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows clients, laptops, peripherals, printers, meeting room equipment, and common workplace technologies.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and standard digital workplace services.
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles, incident, service request, escalation, and SLA processes.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Experience from IT support, onsite support, service desk, or a similar technical support role.
  • Experience handling incidents, service requests, and user communication.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools and ticket handling.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Understanding of endpoint management, asset handling, and compliance-related routines is beneficial.
  • Local Nordic language skills are an advantage depending on stakeholder scope.
  • ServiceNow experience is an advantage.
  • Experience collaborating with local and remote teams is beneficial.
  • Customer-focused and service-minded, with a practical and positive approach.
  • Structured and reliable in daily ticket handling, documentation and follow-up.
  • Clear communicator with users, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on problem solver who is willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Able to prioritize work based on urgency, business impact and agreed processes.
  • Team-oriented and willing to collaborate across functions and locations.
  • Curious and willing to learn new tools, processes and technologies.
