Amazon is looking for an IT Support Associate to join their IT Service Desk team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves providing technical support for end-user devices and operating systems (Windows, Linux), communicating effectively with internal customers, and adhering to standard operating procedures and service desk goals.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide effective communication skills interacting with Amazon Internal customers, including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation/IT team/Customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues on various client devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Work a 5-day week with scheduled days off varying based on shift patterns and business needs.
  • Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, meeting targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively managing incidents.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
  • Good communication Skills

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools
  • Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network
