Ansvarsområden

  • Provide IT support to Amazon Internal customers (APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT team/Customer support).
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues on client devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Work in rotational shifts.
  • Meet OTS Service Desk Goals, including Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
  • Good communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
  • Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
