Amazon is looking for an IT Support Associate to join their IT Service Desk team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves providing efficient IT support to associates, troubleshooting end-user devices and operating systems, and adhering to service level agreements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide effective communication with internal customers across APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT teams and customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Work a 5-day week with variable days off based on shift patterns.
  • Meet OTS Service Desk goals for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience or technical support experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
  • Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
