Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves providing IT support to operations and IT teams, troubleshooting end-user devices and operating systems (Windows, Linux), and adhering to service level agreements. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of service desk or technical support experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide effective communication with Amazon Internal customers including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation/IT team/Customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues on client devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Understand and troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Work a 5-day week with varying scheduled days off based on shift patterns and business needs.
  • Meet OTS Service Desk Goals for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
  • Good Communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools
  • Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network
