Synopsys is looking for an IT Support Administrator in Cluj-Napoca, Romania with several years of experience. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting mobile devices across EMEA. This is an on-site position focused on ensuring reliable IT systems for employees.

Ansvarsområden

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across workstations, laptops, and end-user devices.
  • Set up and deploy workstations for new employees and role transitions.
  • Monitor system performance, apply security patches and software updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including software malfunctions, hardware failures, network connectivity problems, and system outages.
  • Manage and support mobile device contracts across EMEA, including device provisioning, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and contract administration.
  • Provide IT Asset Management support by maintaining accurate inventory records and managing hardware and software lifecycle processes.
  • Execute IT projects from initiation through completion, including system upgrades and technology deployments.

Krav

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and workstation deployment across Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience supporting mobile devices and administering telecom contracts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management tools and processes is a plus.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
