I korthet

We are looking for an IT Solution Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our People Platforms team in Wroclaw, Poland. This role involves working with HR systems, focusing on the SuccessFactors solution and contributing to the transformation of the transport industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage the SuccessFactors solution, including Employee Central, Compensation, and Reporting modules.
  • Work with the digital adoption platform, WalkMe.
  • Collaborate with HR systems professionals and share experience.
  • Participate in innovative initiatives and projects.
  • Work within an agile environment and potentially a scrum methodology.

Krav

  • Very good knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Good understanding of connections between SuccessFactors modules.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and environment.
  • Proficiency in using Excel.
  • Proficient written and spoken English skills.
  • Analytical and disciplined way of thinking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High level of energy, positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong desire to learn.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with the implementation of any HR solutions.
  • Experience in SAP HR solutions.
  • Experience in global communication with stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile ways of working / scrum methodology.
  • Good knowledge in modules other than Employee Central.
  • Certification in Employee Central module.
