Seeking an IT Service Owner in Solna or Göteborg, Sweden, to oversee the delivery and development of IT services, focusing on user value and strategic alignment. Responsibilities include service management, vendor relations, and leading cross-functional teams within a tech-intensive environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Responsible for management, operation, and delivery of defined services according to agreed service levels.
  • Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate work at a tactical level to achieve set goals and results with available resources.
  • Manage suppliers and act as contract owner.
  • Lead relevant governance and collaboration forums with stakeholders and key suppliers.
  • Ensure teams have access to the right resources and competence.
  • Plan, develop, lead, and follow up on the work within the team.

Krav

  • Academic degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Good understanding of work processes and ways of working in large organizations.
  • Good knowledge and experience of large business-critical applications and enterprise solutions.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL and agile ways of working.
  • Several years of experience in leadership roles and responsibility for operational teams.
  • Experience delivering application services in an agile organization.
  • Experience with IT sourcing and supplier management.
  • Experience with both internal and outsourced delivery models.
  • Very good ability to manage and develop relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with budget work, cost control, and license management.
  • Experience working with security standards such as ISO 27000 series, NIST, and CMMC.
