Tetra Pak is hiring an IT Network Security Analyst for their Infrastructure Services team in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia. The role focuses on ensuring secure and reliable network operations within the Operations Technology (OT) environment, including incident resolution and continuous improvement of network design and performance. This is a permanent, on-site position.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide day-to-day support for OT Network operations.
  • Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents (Tier 2 & Tier 3 support).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking and security issues.
  • Recommend network designs, technologies, and configurations to improve security, performance, automation, and cost efficiency.
  • Support project delivery and implementation activities.
  • Participate in problem management and service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing.

Krav

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong expertise in TCP/IP networking, Cisco technologies (routing, switching, wireless), Ethernet and VLAN technologies (VLANs, trunking, VTP, Spanning Tree), DNS, DHCP, NAT.
  • Hands-on experience with network security technologies: Cisco ASA & Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), IPS (e.g., Sourcefire), VPN & IPSEC, Access control lists and firewall analysis tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid documentation and technical writing ability.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Collaborative team player.
