Nordea is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist for their Commercial Cards team in Poland (Warsaw, Gdynia, Łódź, or Gdańsk). The role focuses on supporting and maintaining the IBM iSeries application platform, automating operations, and managing deployments in a hybrid work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Practicing BizDevOps, collaborating with business, development, and other stakeholders.
  • Automating operations and driving continual service improvement based on application performance.
  • Managing technical integrity, updates, releases, and deployments of the application.
  • Handling IT operations and 24/7 on-call duties in line with ITIL best practices, including incident and problem management.

Krav

  • System admin knowledge on iSeries (IBMi) environment (monitoring and maintaining).
  • Experience with IBM DB2 SQL.
  • Experience in handling incidents in a fast-paced environment using Helix, Jira or other incident management tools.
  • Splunk monitoring tool.
  • Midrange systems basics.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Kubernetes fundamentals (nice to have).
  • J2EE WebLogic platform (nice to have).
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ownership of driven tasks.
  • Result-oriented with flexible and strong drive to deliver and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Team player, proactive, honest, and dependable.
  • Understanding of data management technologies and business intelligence tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed global teams.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively on complex technical issues.
