I korthet

As an IT Adoption Specialist, you will develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of IT systems and processes within Arla's global organization, focusing on dairy sites and business stakeholders in Germany. You will lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, monitor adoption progress, and support IT & Digital Supply Chain Product teams. This role requires strong English and German communication skills and a willingness to travel.

Ansvarsområden

Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support IT systems, processes and technologies adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate change impacts and risks.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and other support based on the users’ needs.
Monitor and measure the adoption progress, ensuring timely delivery of change initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to product teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing any resistance or barriers to change.
Support IT & Digital Supply Chain Product teams in leading the adoption agenda.

Krav

Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and German.
Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year.
