Emerson is seeking a detail-oriented ISV Customer Care & Project Coordinator with over 3 years of experience in customer care and project coordination. Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Emerson ISV customers and Impact Partners in an assigned region.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours and conduct weekly calls for order updates.
  • Manage backlog execution for project orders and MRO Impact Partners.
  • Ensure orders are entered correctly with accurate product specifications, delivery dates, certifications, and documentation.
  • Prioritize order execution with planners/buyers and plants.
  • Manage past-due backlog and work with teams to meet delivery dates.
  • Provide order status updates to customers at every stage, including tracking details.
  • Manage change order and cancellation requests.
  • Support credit return and return material requests.
  • Provide after-sales support.
  • Measure and report on project performance, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
  • Train and mentor new hires, organize training sessions, and present in planning sessions.
  • Create and lead internal initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Analyze sales estimates, risks, and opportunities to improve delivery service levels.

Krav

  • Over 3 years of experience in customer care and project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, STEM related field or equivalent experience.
  • +7 years similar experience in a manufacturing, operations or sales environment experience for externals and internal candidates.
  • Experience with Oracle systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP and related business applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Oracle CRM.
  • Strong computer and systems aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to exercise tact, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a detail-oriented approach.
