Ericsson's Early Career Program is an 18-month program for recent graduates or those with up to five years of experience, focusing on innovation through rotations in Research, Product Development, Data, and AI. The ISAC Technical Coordinator role in Lund will involve building technical and customer understanding in Integrated Sensing and Communication, utilizing AI and programming skills.

Ansvarsområden

Build technical and customer understanding to connect ISAC's base-station, sensing and fusion domains across three rotations.
Contribute to live proof-of-concept and product work with a cross-functional team.
Work with ISAC customers in a Market Area during an international rotation.
Gain experience in system and project management, testing, and delivery.
Land as ISAC Technical Coordinator, connecting teams and translating customer requirements.
Use AI hands-on, applying judgment to choose problems, check model outputs, and know when not to rely on them.
Learn by tackling challenges in an emerging field with no reference implementation.

Krav

MSc or PhD in engineering physics, electrical engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, wireless communications or a related field.
Solid foundation in mathematics, including probability, linear algebra and transforms, and an interest in applying it to signal problems.
Practical programming experience in C, C++ or Python, ideally using real data to investigate or solve a problem.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, and the ability to reflect on when they helped, when they fell short and what you learned.
A global outlook and willingness to relocate for the international rotation.
Confidence to share your perspective and ask thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Comfortable working where the answer is not known yet.
Curiosity is more important than telecom experience, 3GPP knowledge, or a background in detection and tracking.
