Synopsys is looking for an experienced Signal and Power Integrity (SIPI) Engineer to join their Hardware Engineering team in Wuhan, China. The role involves developing SIPI methodologies, performing simulations, supporting customers, and developing IBIS-AMI models for various IPs. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and document SIPI methodologies and requirements with IP design teams.
  • Perform SIPI model extraction, simulation, specification compliance and document performance results.
  • Reviews test chip and customer package and PCB designs.
  • SIPI customer support on Synopsys IP products.
  • IBIS-AMI model developments for enterprise IPs such as PCI Express, Ethernet, UCIe, DDR, LPDDR, HBM, etc.
  • Key Contributors on task-oriented projects, while networking with senior internal/external teams.
  • Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ year of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ year of relevant experience.
  • Skillsets: familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environment, ADS, Hspice, HFSS, SIWave, PowerSI, Python, TCL, Matlab, AI & ML experience.
