Nordea Asset Management is seeking an Investment Proposal Specialist to join their Institutional & Wholesale Distribution (IWD) Investment Products RFP team. The role involves preparing high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs for global clients, collaborating with various internal teams, and contributing to process improvements, including AI-driven efficiencies. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, a Master's degree, and excellent writing and analytical skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality and timely responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, investment boutiques, data teams, and other stakeholders across NAM.
- Ensure responses are accurate while being impactful.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RFP processes, tools and content frameworks with a focus on AI-driven efficiencies.
- Proactively manage internal clients (sales, Country Heads) and stakeholders (portfolio managers, portfolio specialists, senior management, etc.) to ensure smooth RFP delivery and issue management.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of NAM’s investment capabilities and product offering.
Krav
- 4+ years of experience within asset management or other financial services areas
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex investment topics
- Strong interest in asset management and financial markets
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards
- Comfortable learning and working with new tools and systems and able to identify opportunities to use AI tools in your day-to-day
