Amazon is seeking a full-time Investigation Specialist for its Brand Protection Business Operations team in Hyderabad. This remote role involves investigating and eliminating e-commerce risk, requiring excellent judgment, analytical skills, and customer service experience. The position is a seasonal role (FTC) on Amazon's payroll.

Ansvarsområden

  • Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
  • Research and evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions.
  • Take appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedure and tools.
  • Document actions by providing detailed annotations.
  • Communicate with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
  • Communicate with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations, and phone.
  • Understand the issue and make best use of available resources to resolve it.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/teams.
  • Understand performance metrics to create analysis for driving business goals.
  • Follow SOP, feedback, and guidance to ensure incoming requests are fulfilled with optimal productivity, quality, and within set SLAs.
  • Support the team and organization in various projects.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience in payments or e-commerce.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
