Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct investigations on business account registrations to verify legitimacy of potential customers.
  • Make calls to customers to verify business information, resolve discrepancies, and gather additional documentation.
  • Handle customer queries related to verification status, account concerns, and documentation requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risk and abuse patterns using technology, machine learning outputs, and human judgment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases requiring human intervention.
  • Document investigation findings and communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Assist WW AB teams on manual operational tasks to reduce cost to serve.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Experience in payments or e-commerce

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
