Amazon India seeks an Investigation Specialist for its Transaction Risk Management Team in Bangalore. This role involves investigating and eliminating online ecommerce risks, requiring analytical skills, excellent judgment, and communication. The position is remote and full-time.

Ansvarsområden

  • Researches and evaluates facts surrounding seller transactions.
  • Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedures and tools.
  • Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
  • Communicates with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
  • Communicates with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations and phone.
  • Understands the issue and makes best use of available resources to resolve it.
  • Systematically escalates problems or variance in information to the relevant owners/teams.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands performance metrics to create analysis for driving business goals.
  • Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in payments or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
  • Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Delivered strong performance on key metrics for the past 12 months.
  • 6+ months in the role, worked on one or more operational workflows, queues, or functional domains within the team and/or department.
