Amazon India is looking for an Investigation Associate to join the Transaction Risk Management Team. This role involves investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risks, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ansvarsområden

  • Investigate and eliminate online e-commerce risk.
  • Make complex investigation decisions independently.
  • Communicate complex transactional issues clearly to internal and external customers.
  • Engage in written and verbal communication with management, risk analysts, and engineers.
  • Potentially contact customers by phone.
  • Ensure productivity and quality assurance standards are met.
  • Contribute to department development.
