- Conduct investigations as per SOP
- Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information
- Follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
Krav
- Bachelor's degree

- Bachelor's degree in any field of study
- Background in transportation or risk management
- Analytical rigour
