Ansvarsområden

  • Compile knowledge decks with insights for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Services).
  • Provide insights on how future consumers want to shop.
  • Support the CCI-team with strategy preparation through STEEP analysis, trend monitoring, and consumer insights.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring.
  • Compile data files for insights transfer to stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc research and demands.
  • Work on project-based assignments, potentially related to thesis.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders within IKEA across various departments.
  • Gain hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research using international insights.

Krav

  • Master student.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and translating facts into insights (interpretation rather than data modelling).
  • Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for inspirational presentations.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in English (native Dutch or French is a plus).
  • Positive and open mindset to learn and grow.
  • Ability to tolerate bad jokes.
