Tetra Pak is offering an internship program in 2027 for Credit & Collection and Taxes roles. Interns will gain hands-on experience in financial reconciliation, tax compliance, and reporting while working in Polanco, Mexico. The program requires Bachelor's studies in progress in accounting, finance, or business administration, with graduation expected in December 2027 or later.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform bank reconciliation payments follow-up.
  • Contribute to Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reduction for healthy cash flow.
  • Provide support to transactional customers.
  • Generate internal KPI reports.
  • Focus on process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Interact regularly with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Collaborate on tax compliance using specialized tax software and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in responding to tax authority inquiries and compiling audit documentation.
  • Prepare tax documents for the value-added tax (VAT) refund process.
  • Organize and maintain digital records for all assigned tax documents.
  • Manage invoice cancellation processes.
  • Stay updated on frequent changes in tax legislation and their application to company operations.

Krav

  • Bachelor Studies in progress: Accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Upper intermediate or Advanced English level (basic conversations and strong reading/writing skills).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive, team player, and collaborative attitude.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, during the full internship program (January 18 to December 13, 2027).
  • Graduation expected in December 2027 or afterwards.
