We are seeking an Internal Sales 1 to join our CTS internal sales team in Tokyo, Japan. The role focuses on expanding the Atlas Copco Service Market by preparing quotes for maintenance and parts, managing customer information, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate has at least one year of sales experience and proficiency in PC skills, Microsoft Office, and SAP.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare quotes and proposals for maintenance, parts, and other service products for compressors and related equipment using SAP.
  • Obtain quotes from subcontractors and negotiate purchasing terms.
  • Manage customer and machine information for the assigned area.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to secure repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to respond to quotation requests promptly.

Krav

  • Technical college or university graduate (engineering background preferred)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Basic technical understanding (engineering background is a plus)
  • PC skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and ERP system (SAP, etc.) operation skills
  • Ability to perform work following established procedures
  • Business-level Japanese, basic English

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Engineering background preferred for education.
  • Engineering background is a plus for technical understanding.
