Tata CLiQ, a digital commerce initiative of Tata Group, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern for their Mumbai office. This full-time, on-site internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, within a dynamic HR team.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from various platforms to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Help schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Assist with the coordination of new hire paperwork and pre-boarding tasks.
  • Help prepare reports on recruitment metrics.

Krav

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Enthusiastic about HR and talent acquisition with a keen interest in recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hiring and employer branding platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
