Ansvarsområden

Serve as the technical point of contact for the Hispanic Latin America Snapdragon Compute team.
Build technical knowledge on Snapdragon PC platforms, Windows on Arm, AI, and application compatibility.
Translate technical information into practical guidance for promoters, sales representatives, and channel partners.
Support common technical questions and partner activities.
Help create and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, product comparisons, and technical content.
Prepare and maintain demo devices and support technical demonstrations.
Contribute to webinars and training sessions for sales teams and channels.

Krav

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Strong curiosity about PCs, processors, Windows, AI, and real-world technology use.
Ability to investigate questions, learn from specialists, and explain answers clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
No prior professional experience required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Familiarity with PC hardware, Windows configuration, or software troubleshooting.
Interest in Windows on Arm and AI PCs.
Experience explaining or demonstrating technology through academic or personal projects.
