Volvo Financial Services is seeking a Fall 2026 intern for Payment Solutions in Greensboro, NC. This role offers hands-on experience in financial operations, product support, and project execution within the heavy equipment and transportation industries, supporting students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.

Ansvarsområden

  • Participate in Payment Solutions projects related to new service offerings, system updates, communications, or operational enhancements.
  • Support day-to-day payment operations including monitoring payment exceptions, reviewing failed customer payments, and documenting resolution steps.
  • Assist with compiling and preparing billing files, reconciliation support, and data for operational reporting.
  • Investigate payment issues and coordinate with team members on next steps.
  • Support operational process improvements by testing new tools, documenting procedures, and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Work with sales teams, dealers, customer support groups, and other VFS departments to understand how financing supports customers across the Volvo Group.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop foundational skills in payment workflows, integration concepts, initial financial analysis, and project management.

Krav

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in financial operations or payment systems.
  • Comfort with data, BI tools, spreadsheets, and learning new systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a variety of teams.
  • A proactive learner who is curious, adaptable, and open to feedback.
