Microsoft is looking for Business Program Management Interns to join their team for an 8-month consecutive internship starting in January 2027. This remote role involves defining, designing, and improving programs, advocating for their value through metrics, and ensuring alignment with objectives. The internship is open to individuals pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
Ansvarsområden
- Assist in program landscape research and analysis (market, sales, delivery, business trends) to identify audience size and program scope.
- Help improve existing programs by applying industry methodology, defining issues, assessing scenarios, and selecting optimal solutions.
- Contribute to defining direction and strategy for business areas to execute plans that align with organizational initiatives and objectives.
- Learn to define and track success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for programs.
- Assist in designing programs from initiation to delivery by working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering).
Krav
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.

- Formal training in program management, process management, process improvement, business strategy, and/or operations.
- Demonstrated stakeholder and relationship management skills across leaders, partners, and customers.
- Ability to understand business metrics, customer, and market trends.
