Seeking an Automation Analyst Intern for Fall 2026 in Greensboro, NC. This role offers hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and C#. Responsibilities include understanding business needs, designing, developing, testing, and documenting solutions, with opportunities to lead initiatives and present findings.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and document requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify automation, process improvement, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Design, develop, test, and document automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and gain exposure to UiPath, Azure AI.
  • Develop automation scripts and integrations using low-code and programming languages like Python and C#.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create project documentation, process flows, technical documentation, and user guides.
  • Assist in planning project activities, developing timelines, tracking progress, and communicating status.
  • Perform solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Present project updates, demonstrations, and final solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process and methodology improvement and learn emerging technologies.

Krav

  • Passion for automation and solving business problems through technology.
  • Experience developing software, automations, or technical solutions through coursework, projects, hackathons, research, or internships.
  • Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages (Python, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, or SQL).
  • Interest in low-code and enterprise automation platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Azure AI).
  • Ability to understand challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Naturally curious, enjoy learning new technologies, and seek process improvement opportunities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Completed at least 30 semester hours prior to the internship start date.
  • Good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Fall interns may work up to 30 hours per week.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies or project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello is a plus, but not required.
