Ericsson is seeking a Talent & Development Intern in Plano, Texas for a 12-week hybrid role starting May 25th, 2027. The intern will support early career talent programs, learning solutions, and culture initiatives, gaining exposure to HR processes and project management. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising senior or graduate student with strong analytical and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design engaging learning experiences such as online courses, PowerApps, and microlearning.
  • Curate and create content including guides, assessments, and video scripts.
  • Assist with early career programs, succession planning, and development analysis.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and #EricssonIgnited culture.
  • Analyze learning data and metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Assist in creating reports, visualizing data, and presenting findings.
  • Manage multiple strategic projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless project execution.

  • Eager to deepen skills in an AI-augmented environment and contribute to digital transformation efforts.
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master’s program on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship.
  • Academic or professional experience may include HR, organizational development, organizational design, engineering, data analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Must hold a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master’s program enrollment is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-native development concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with change management, communication, and branding solutions.
