I korthet

As an Interior Designer for IKEA for Business at IKEA Batu Kawan, you will translate customer needs into inspiring interior design solutions using the IKEA product range. You will lead the planning process from start to end, present and sell design solutions, and stay updated on design trends.

Ansvarsområden

  • Understand customer activities and needs, translating them into interior design solutions.
  • Create complete interior design solutions considering function, architecture, color, material, lighting, and sustainability.
  • Establish and agree on key deliverables and budget frames with customers.
  • Lead the planning process in cooperation with IKEA for Business co-workers and customers.
  • Present and sell design solutions and services to customers.
  • Stay informed about interior design trends and market conditions.

Krav

  • Ability to use IKEA design tools (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, IPEX etc).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
  • Ability to deliver within scope, budget, and perform with quality and speed.
  • Ability to present and sell design solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
