As an Interior Design Service Specialist at IKEA Sukhumvit in Bangkok, you will help customers design their dream homes by providing tailored interior design solutions using the IKEA range. You will create comprehensive offers, visualize home furnishing solutions, and ensure a convenient customer experience from start to finish.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the establishment of standardized interior designs for expertise interiors.
  • Provide interior decoration proposals for customers across all focus verticals.
  • Respond to customer requests and provide timely, tailored proposals based on templated design solutions.
  • Compile and visualize home furnishing offers for customers, organized into style groups and presented as templated design alternatives.
  • Ensure high quality, simplicity, and efficiency when planning range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices.
  • Transfer home furnishing knowledge to others.

Krav

  • Excellent conceptual and creative understanding of the IKEA range.
  • Ability to combine products into coherent offers and communicate IKEA concepts to customers.
  • Understand interior design and trends that influence home furnishing.
  • Positive personality, fair, honest, and trustworthy with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercially creative sense and good sense of humor.
  • Self-reliant with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Passion to serve customers using knowledge of the IKEA product range and relevant IKEA services (measuring, assembly, installation, transport & finance).
  • Flexible and adaptable when changes are made.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience and knowledge of Interior Design and SketchUp preferred.
