  • Lead or support the implementation of planned commercial activities.
  • Maximize sales and maintain profitability by steering towards prioritized products.
  • Analyze and adjust sales space capacities to ensure high stock availability.
  • Be familiar with IKEA's social and environmental commitments and contribute to sustainability.

Krav

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused, and service industry.
  • Ability to take personal initiatives, prioritize, and organize work efficiently.
  • Confident in approaching and talking to people proactively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
