This role is for an Intercompany Team Lead in Bangalore, India, responsible for supporting Intercompany P2P processes and managing a team. Key accountabilities include leading global service delivery, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance, and driving operational metrics and people strategy. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in P2P Accounts Payables with SAP expertise and has managed a team of 10+ employees.

Ansvarsområden

Lead global service delivery for assigned countries, achieving targets for productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, and SLAs.
Manage a team of 10+ employees, working in shifts, to ensure accurate and timely accounting of Intercompany transactions.
Create a culture of delivery orientation, change management, and professionalism in accounting.
Drive operational metrics performance management and people strategy, including hiring, retention, training, and development.
Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations between multiple entities.
Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and other financial transactions related to inter-company accounts.
Work with various departments to resolve discrepancies and reconcile inter-company accounts.
Prepare and analyze inter-company account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Work on invoice posting.
Assist with the implementation of new inter-company accounting policies and procedures.

Krav

Highly skilled in working with SAP in P2P, invoice posting, and intercompany.
8+ relevant years of experience in P2P Accounts Payables or a similar role in a global organization (total 8-10 years experience).
Demonstrated passion for analytics, reporting, and analyzing financial reports.
Masters/Bachelor's degree.
Comfortable communicating (verbal/written).
Must have handled a team size of 10+ employees.
Open to working in shifts.
