Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Intercompany Purchaser in Brno, Czech Republic to support global purchasing activities, including price and invoice management, and to optimize supply chain operations. This hybrid role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and stakeholder communication.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support intercompany purchasing activities, including price management, invoice handling, and ERP parameter management.
  • Optimize prices and lead times through communication and negotiation with stakeholders and management of supply issues.
  • Assist daily intercompany purchasing operations, including answering queries and supporting system fault resolution.
  • Establish and maintain connections with key internal stakeholders.
  • Standardize and propose improvements to intercompany purchasing processes, including supporting RPA rollout and analyzing data for improvements.
  • Share information and knowledge with other stakeholders and support process documentation.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in an international environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • ERP experience.
  • Economic background.
