Ansvarsområden

  • Perform service and installation according to manufacturers' procedures.
  • Document time, problems, shortages, and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure safe work practices and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repairs, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
  • Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in training programs and on-call rotations after certification.

Krav

  • 3-5 years of direct industry, storefront door installation, or relevant experience (Storefront, Glazing, Doors, Aluminium Frames, Electrical, Glass, Automatic Doors, Hardware).
  • Minimum age requirement of 21.
  • Ability to obtain AAADM certification within six months of employment and maintain it.
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
  • Access control systems experience is a plus.
