ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a full-time Installation Support & Warehouse Technician in Magnolia, Texas. This role involves managing inventory, preparing materials for installations, providing on-site support, and operating a company vehicle. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of manufacturing and cycle counting experience, and basic ERP/Microsoft Office skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Organize, manage, and maintain inventory of automatic door materials in the warehouse.
  • Assemble door packages and prepare materials for installation jobs.
  • Assist installation teams on-site as needed for support and setup.
  • Operate company vehicle to deliver parts and materials to various customer locations.
  • Order and purchase parts and supplies to support installation and service operations.
  • Utilize Baan ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite for administrative and inventory tasks.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of materials, deliveries, and job support activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Execute daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with consignment vendors, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
  • Identify potential issues with Bills of Material and support raw material storage improvements.
  • Serve as a backup for receiving duties.

Krav

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least one year of experience in the cycle counting process.
  • Basic ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
