ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking an Installation Manager in Abbotsford, BC to lead installation operations, manage multiple projects, and supervise technicians. This role requires prior experience in managing field technicians and project completion within the construction industry, along with strong client relationship skills.

Ansvarsområden

Supervise and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
Manage multiple installation projects each month, including equipment ordering and release.
Coordinate project scheduling with end-user customers.
Meet established goals and growth objectives under the direction of the Operations Leader or District Manager.
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to administrative personnel for scheduling, ordering, and installation coordination.
Develop and maintain relationships with End-users (Healthcare, Retail), General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, and Suppliers.
Maintain communication with the Factory regarding backlog and job release.
Interact with the Sales Department to determine proper labor hours and project margins.
Review projections and forecast reports frequently.

Krav

High School Diploma (required); AA, BA, BS preferred.
Effective communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
Prior experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
Background in successful planning and completion of contracted jobs in the Construction Industry.
Prior experience supervising Administrative personnel in scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activities.
Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including different hours and weekends if necessary.
Exceptional communication (written/verbal) skills.
Proven hands-on experience developing relationships with General Contractors and End-Users across Retail, Healthcare, Government sectors, and sub-contractors.
Proven experience dealing with vendors and suppliers for product ordering and timely supply.
Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.
Experience in establishing monthly forecasting and results.
Computer experience in Microsoft Office and Baan.
