An Installation and Commissioning Engineer at Tetra Pak installs, commissions, and services automated production systems globally. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training, requiring a strong engineering background and PLC knowledge. This position is based in Fritzlar, Germany or Aarhus, Denmark and involves extensive international travel.

Ansvarsområden

  • Installation and commissioning of new machines and lines
  • Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on existing machines and lines
  • Training client machine operators and maintenance staff
  • Providing advice on optimization of client's existing lines
  • Collaborating with mechanical designers and project managers

Krav

  • Engineering degree or similar technical background
  • A few years of experience in automation, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • Strong practical, hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and general software
  • Ability to understand complex automated systems in the food industry
  • Good IT skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Independent and service-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Good intercultural understanding and ability to work globally
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep a big-picture view
  • Willingness and motivation to travel extensively worldwide (up to 200 days yearly)
