Amazon's Audits & Insights Team (AIT) seeks a motivated Insights Program Manager in Hyderabad to drive the generation and implementation of high-impact improvement insights. This role involves utilizing data to solve challenging business goals, collaborating with policy, program, tech, and product management teams to develop scalable solutions, and improving team performance through creative processes and data analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform data analysis on trends and recommend solutions by driving projects and kaizen to policy, program, product, and tech teams.
  • Leverage process acumen to develop strategic policies for generating insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders to communicate insights and represent data/metrics information and project reviews.
  • Work with Program and Analytics POCs for storyboarding insights, impact calculation, and prioritization for implementation.
  • Establish SOPs, process controls, recommend revisions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and scale system-level solutions with metric impact and drive adoption across teams.
  • Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders globally to deliver key business goals by driving consensus and building trust.
  • Establish key reporting/MIS for functional areas and write well-structured, audience-specific reports.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, document issues/RCAs/action planning, and own specific actions.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and identify constraints to recommend solutions.
  • Drive projects on automation to reduce manual efforts and improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and help resolve process gaps or defects, even if owned by another department.
  • Manage operations, perform capacity and resourcing analysis, and provide staffing recommendations.
  • Support mentoring and coaching, and communicate effectively on process changes for team percolation.

Krav

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
