Develops technology capabilities and services using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Focuses on configuring, developing, testing, and releasing solutions that meet business requirements, while supporting data extraction and reporting. This hybrid role in Pune requires strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Configures, develops, builds, tests, and releases technology solutions and services.
  • Models, collates and extracts data to supply reports and solutions.
  • Develops reports, dashboards and applications using MS Power Platform Services.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques.
  • Supports the team in looking for opportunities to use insights/datasets/code/models across other functions.
  • Documents solution including source-to-target mappings and data dictionary.
  • Fulfils routine Product service requests (e.g., access provisioning, solution insights).

Krav

  • Proven experience in eliciting and managing detailed business requirements.
  • Hands-on professional experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps).
  • Strong understanding of leveraging AI for automated document processing, data extraction from knowledge base/document libraries, using Power Platform AI Builder.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions, market trends and value proposition.
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API Management platforms.
  • Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Automation in the context of Power Platform.
  • Good communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of different Business and IS stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional IS team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.
