Emerson is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for a hybrid role. The specialist will manage customer requirements, develop technical and commercial proposals, and ensure efficient solution delivery. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required, along with English proficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and satisfy customer requirements and expectations through remote communication or site visits.
  • Take ownership of Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery.
  • Propose innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Minimize execution cost while maintaining schedule and quality.
  • Keep collaborators informed on status and challenges.
  • Acquire, maintain, and share knowledge and experience with the team.
  • Support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in an Engineering field or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in commercial and sales support activities.
  • Experience in process automation field for various industries.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Self-disciplined and autonomous.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in another European language.
