We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive for our Ocean Division in Shah Alam. You will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services, providing direct customer support, generating complex quotations, and offering technical assistance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Ansvarsområden

Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.
Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and take decisions.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent team player and ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders.
High customer service orientation.
Has worked in a company with an international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization.
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and drive to excel.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Degree in Marine Engineering a plus.
Marine equipment and technical background a plus (aftersales, spare parts & service).
