Alfa Laval is looking for a self-motivated Inside Sales Executive for a 6-month maternity cover in Shah Alam. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting external sales engineers. Requirements include a Diploma/Degree, 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ansvarsområden

Handle incoming customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders and sales opportunities.
Support external sales engineers in developing new business.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products, spare parts and services.
Coordinate with technical, service, procurement and logistics departments.
Process customer orders and monitor delivery schedules.
Maintain customer databases, sales records and CRM systems.
Follow up on overdue quotations and outstanding payments where required.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts and monthly performance updates.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Krav

At least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
2–3 years in inside sales / sales coordination
Good English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Good verbal and email communication
Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work under pressure
