I korthet

This Inside Sales role is responsible for managing the entire sales order process, from order placement and production scheduling to shipment arrangements and financial documentation. The position also involves sales administrative tasks and data reporting, requiring proficiency in office software and ERP/SAP systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Follow up on sales order acquisition, system ordering, production scheduling, and order delivery time coordination.
  • Arrange shipments (material requisition, notification of dispatch, providing documents for financial invoicing), order organization, and data organization.
  • Handle sales administration related work.
  • Organize sales archives.
  • Compile and report sales data.

Krav

  • Diploma or above in education.
  • Sensitive to numbers, proficient in office software, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems, understanding of ERP system operational logic, and data organization and analysis skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills, clear logical thinking, affable demeanor, and good communication skills.
  • Patience in analyzing complex work logic and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Adherence to professional ethics, strong principles, and good learning ability.
  • Basic English proficiency is preferred.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or trade order follow-up is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with the underlying logic of ERP system operations.
